I really don't know what to say about this one. The ad says that this is an intersexed male hermaphrodite in the final stages of a sex change to become a woman. I am not really even sure how all those things go together in one person, but I guess they do. Regardless, I have to write something, so here goes:
Intersexed: It sounds as though the person you're mocking was born with some combination of chromosones and/or secondary sexual characteristics (breasts, genitalia, etc) that are not precisely male or precisely female by definition - visit http://www.isna.org for more details
Male = It sounds as though the person you're mocking probably appeared to be more male than female at birth and was raised to identify as male, whether or not the person actually felt that way
Hermaphrodite: It sounds as though the person you're mocking has a very specific form of intersexuality where the external genitalia contain some sort of vaginal opening and some sort of phallus
In the final stages of a sex change to become a woman: My guess would be that the person never felt entirely at home in a male-identified body or in a male-identified personality, and has been undergoing the legal and medical transition process to become a woman as defined in that person's state and/or country
There are lots of intersexed people in this world. Many are surgically mutilated at birth to conform to society's rules of gender and sex, regardless of whether that might rob the person of sexual pleasure later in life. Many are forced to take hormones starting before the onset of puberty. Many have no idea of why they look different or feel different from most other people. It's terrible.
BTW, I'm not intersexed, so I don't have a personal stake in this. I do have friends who are intersexed, though, and the ignorance and hostility revealed by your comments reveal are a large part of the reason that so many parents raise intersexed children with shame and secrecy instead of love and self-acceptance.
